Cofounder - Illustrator & Artistic Director

Jamaica is a lifelong Pacific Northwest resident and fierce outdoor enthusiast. She grew up hiking in the Cascades and Olympics, and later, after following an ESL teaching job to the east side, she found beauty in the Yakima valley as well. After a few different jobs in education and with three little kids at home, she had a "now or never" moment and began her career as an artist, looking for ways to express self-acceptance and connection to the natural world. When Jamaica is not drawing and painting (and not outside) you can find her playing Dungeons and Dragons with her friends and listening to her favorite music: romantic era classical and 60s rock.

Cofounder - Brewer

Originally from Minnesota, Tristan spent years working to support traveling. He's taken on the PCT, the AT, and one time in Chicago with Andrew where they drank too many Underbergs and learned that a combo didn't come with fries. These days, Tristan's interest in brewing has kept him planted in Yakima, where in 2018 he became the first employee of Single Hill Brewing after volunteering to help with some of the build out. Over the years he has loved brewing, and worked hard to develop his skills at it, resulting in him taking over as Single Hill's head brewer in 2022. Tristan is looking forward to putting everything he's learned to good use in creating beers for Dalliance. Outside of work, you're likely to find Tristan spending time with his dog Ursa in Cowiche Canyon or up Chinook pass enjoying the snow while it's in season.

Cofounder - Business Development and Sales & Marketing

Andrew has passion for indie music, tabletop roleplaying games, and sci-fi/fantasy media, and if that doesn’t make him sound like a nerd, just get him started on beer. He began his career in beer as a dishwasher at Bell’s Brewery in his home state of Michigan back in 2014. After just over five years and a half dozen positions there, Andrew moved to Yakima, WA, and joined Single Hill Brewing where he currently is the Marketing Manager and Director of Customer Experience.
